NY- The Minton Tile Ceiling Restoration Project is complete

I have been going to visit the statue of the angel in Central Park for over 10 years now. There was a sign on the way there that explained the historical ceiling tiles used in the tunnel to the fountain and how they were being restored. But nothing ever seemed to happen. Then I was walking through the park and low and behold the tiles were in and they looked fantastic.

–Here is a slide show of the entire set with music–

Thanks goes to Central Park Conservancy for a great restoration.
