You have got to love global warming. Here it is the end of October and the restaurants on Columbus Avenue have their windows flung open and their outdoor cafes are buzzing with activity.

love all the photos. Coming up there in November and can’t wait to stop in and see some of these places. What kind of camera do you use to get such great night shots? Any particular restaurants you recommend if staying near Columbus Ave?
Columbus Avenue Restaurants
You picked a great area to stay. I haven’t been to all of them but my favorites are:
for Burgers- Jackson Hole
for Thai/Asian Fusion- Rain
for Seafood- Ocean Grill
for high end Gourmet- Telepan
Also for the best diner food in the neighborhood check out The Westside Restaurant at 69th and Broadway and for the best expensive Chinese- Shun Lee across from Lincoln Center and Reasonable Chinese, Ollies Noodles at 67th and Broadway.
have a great time
My Camera is a Konica Minolta Dimage A200. I ‘ve had it for about three years now and taken over 20,000 images with it. Most of my night shots are taken without a tripod because it is kind of a hassle to use one in the city.
