If anyone is looking to get into the Christmas Spirit then let me recommend that you go to the Cardinal’s Sunday mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral. My wife’s friend invited our family to sit in the choir loft last week and I can tell you there is no better way to get in a Holiday mood than to surround yourself with the wonderful music of The St. Patrick’s Cathedral Choir while the Cardinal presides over his flock.
If you don’t leave with a spring in your step and a smile in your heart than you need to go back and try again.
The Choir, led Dr. Jennifer Pascual, Director of Music, Daniel Brondel, Associate Director of Music, and Donald Dumler, Principal Organist are about to begin a tour. They have a cookbook for sale to help raise money, you can go here to find out more.
Dr. Pascual also hosts a show on Sirius/XM radio on Mondays from 1-2pm Eastern called – Sounds from the Spires and The Cardinal’s Sunday mass at 10:15am is also broadcast on On The Catholic Channel on Sirius 159 and XM 117 radio every Sunday.
