With the conversion of many of the old financial houses to luxury condos, the services and shops are following the crowds down to this old New York City Neighborhood.

It was another beautiful sunny day in New York City. A perfect afternoon to stroll through the historic section of the city and people watch. It is amazing how many old Wall Street office buildings are being converted in to luxury condos and the neighborhood is filling up with a lot more home owners.
