NY- East Village Storefronts, Shops, and Churches 3

The East Village of New York City is one of the islands most unique neighborhoods. It remains the center politic of the alternative lifestyle style tracing its modern day roots through the beat nick era, the marijuana smoking hippy days, the heroin laced punk rock years and now the Gothic and Individualist generations of today.

It is a lot of fun for the adventuresome type. A lot of the crime, but not all, has been wiped from the neighborhood but be aware, it’s not Disneyland.
