NY- The un-gentrified windows on Warren Street, Tribeca

If you walk south out of the Chambers Street Station you run in to a few blocks that have yet to be gentrifird. I am not prescient but with Battery Park City moving in from the west with it’s Barnes and Nobles and Whole Foods, and the Financial District neighborhood pushing in from the east, I can’t imagine this little neighborhood staying the same. Who knows.
