I was taking a walk around the block yesterday when I decided to see how the naked man in the park was doing at the community garden at 111th and Amsterdam. I figured it was cold and maybe he needed a blanket. When I rounded the corner I was in shock to see that the statue was falling apart. His right hand and forearm were completely broken off and his body, including his not-so-private–private parts, had been pecked away by birds. What a shame. He used to be such a healthy looking exhibitionist.
