The building at 243 West End Avenue at 71st Street has just gone through a major tile cleaning and and tuck pointing. It has these wonderful ceramic tiles inlaid around the windows on the first and second floors as well as ornaments covering the rest of the building. It is a fallout shelter to boost, but remember if the can is rusty don’t eat the food.
