NY- Upper Westside- A Taste of Christmas Snow

We woke up Sunday morning and the ground was covered with a blanket of white snow. It was our first official taste of winter flakes and like so many of our neighbors, we went looking for a tree. We shopped around and finally found a place that hadn’t fully calculated the Canadian Dollar conversion yet so the tree was only twice as much as last year. The stand is on Amsterdam, between 70th and 71st, across the street from the south entrance to the subway station in front of Starbucks.

But I am behind on my posts and as I am typing this, late Monday night, the snow has started again. Maybe tomorrow is Christmas Snow Taste II.
