When we had Media Partnerships, our offices were on w38th between 8th and 9th and almost everyday for lunch we would all end up at some time of the day having lunch at Manganaro’s Grosseria Italiano, 488 9th Avenue.

It has been passed down through the generations and the three ladies who run it now are a kick. It is a real treat, fantastic Italian food and sandwiches plus a full Italian Grocery. Don’t be fooled by the Manganaros Hero Boy next store (they are distant relatives-very distant), the real thing is only a couple of steps away.
