People have already started making the trek to Madison Square Park to see the latest installation of Bloomberg Public Art. Japanese artist Tadashi Kawamata is filling the tree tops with old fashioned forts, like the ones we built as kids, and in doing so is doing his part to make affordable housing a reality in Manhattan. The show offially opens October 1st and remains through New Years Eve.
