For all the people who couldn’t score tickets or get a baby sitter to go to the Tribeca Film Festival, the organizers threw a big family bash on Greenwich Street on Saturday. The morning started out cold and cloudy but by the time the stroller brigades arrived the sun was shining and the temperature had warmed up a quite a bit.
