NY- Tonight New yorkers officially kicked off the Thanksgiving Holiday with the annual tradition of The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Balloon Preview Block Party. Every year on Thanksgiving eve on the Upper Westside, Columbus between 79th and 81st, parade officials blow up the balloons for the parade and the neighborhood fills up with people; having dinner, taking a walk, or visiting the many Ballon parties on the Co-ops ringing the Natural History Museum.
If you are in town on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving it is a “must-attend” party for all.
