One of my favorite restaurants on the Upper Westside is Mama Mexico at 102nd and Broadway. Dinner is a colorful party with strolling mariachi bands, dancing waitresses, great food, and happy patrons. I don’t drink anymore but I am told by reliable sources that the margaritas are stupendous.
