It has been years since I had been in the Chelsea market on 9th Avenue and 15th Street. I used to cut through after a big lunch at Franks Steakhouse, which is gone, and there was only a handful of stores. Today it’s packed with people and places to spend their money. Not to mention some of the prettiest Christmas decorations I have seen this year. Now that winter is here it makes a great destination when the weather turns nasty.
