We were getting ready to leave our apartment tonight when I looked out the window and saw a beautiful sunset. I grabbed my camera and started taking pictures. When I zoomed in I noticed that it looked like there were stripes across the surface of the sun. I pulled the camera away to make sure it wasn’t an illusion caused by my lens and then called my kids over to verify that there were actual stripes you could see with your naked eyes. Pretty cool, huh?
